Greatest engineer, thinker and passionate person I have ever seen in my life. Thank you Dr , your level of teaching and understanding is at par with Dr Razavi. I can't tell you how much clear my concepts have become after watching your lectures. Please continue to upload lectures. We love you!!

Your lectures have really helped me whilst studying nanoscale engineering in Scotland! Where my textbooks make it seem confusing and overly complicated, your lectures have made it understandable in simple terms! Thank you!!

Why is not directly adding VSB to the equation? Why is it addd inside the square root? How does it comply with kirchoff voltage Law?

so clear and digestible (made it easier for me to remember))! thanks a lot, Prof!

the E field due to V_SB aids holes to move away from the surface and electrons within the atoms to get to the surface right. Then how is it negatively affecting the device (as in, V_GS should accommodate the body effect as well)?

what happens if there isn't the forth terminal (as in, the bulk is not connected to a negative voltage source)?

It's said that Q_{inv} is the charge on the terminal - isn't it the 'excess' charge? If we are at V_{GS} =V_T there is not 0 charge on the oxide, isn't this the inversion point so there are the same amount of charges as n_d or n_a (whichever type the base is)?

Dear professor Hajimiri, Would you please explain the linearity comparison between MOS amplifier and BJT amplifier, which one is more linear? Thanks!

I had a doubt if anybody can help, why is the charge that is charged across a cap, Q=CV all considered to move across the two terminal s and d in every tao time, since current = charge flowing per unit time
