I will continue checking in the next few days. Taking advantage of the opportunity, I want to ask you a question and, probably, it could be the subject of another video of yours. I would like you to give a guideline on how to train the chatbot to follow the procedure of a recognized character. For example, if I wanted the chatbot to guide the user with the methodology proposed by Alex Hormosi, would it be enough to provide a PDF with a summary of his methodology, explained by stages and with examples of each stage? I will appreciate your comment on this. I write to you from Latin America.

You mentioned in the video that you're using these tools only for POC, and that the final product is developed differently. We mainly stick to TypeScript and Node.js for all our functions. We use AWS S3 to store files. We deploy our functions to AWS Lambda. We use LLRT as the runtime in our Lambda functions.

That should be possible. Which CRM are you using. It must be having endpoints and using a webhook you can analyze the incoming payload and then extract the booking information and send it to your CRM endpoint.

Great vid thanks. Is there a way to hand the conversation from the bot to a human/agent so that we can chat manually with the customer using our same whatsapp business number? how do you actually deploy it to a client? and say the client was available to chat. is there a way to override the chatbot so to speak? for example if the client's whatsapp number is messaged and the client is available to respond, is there a way where he can deny the chatbot from responding? as in an human chosen interruption feature?
