Nicely done! I wish you had touched on the KB, Community, and Customer Portal abilities of Zoho Desk, but tough to do in 11 minutes. All-in-all, GREAT job. I played it back at 1.5x speed and you were still crisp and clear. 👏👏👏👏👏

Whoa! That was a clear ZOHO One presentation! Thank you for being direct and concise. ZOHO is confusing, but you made it much easier to comprehend. I want to build a master database. I was planning to use Excel or similar. If possible, does CSR do it or another ZOHO application?

Glad it was helpful! You can use Zoho Sheets if you want to create the database on a spreadsheet, but the best approach is to use Zoho Creator, which will require you to learn how to use it and how to code using Deluge. www.zoho.com/creator/online-database-software.html

@@blungo Whew! I finally have time for this. I will purchase the course in the morning. :) Quickie: Do you offer customization work? Tyvm. UPDATE: I have the course. The user ID and PW should be the same and extend to support and the community because I have questions and suggestions. I looked around, and there seriously needs to be a detailed explanation and tour of the ZOHO One portal sign-up, widgets, pins, and navigation along the left side. The Getting Started tab, and everything else on that page are CONFUSING!!! Add this as a loss leader so people can view and purchase your course. I am reviewing Andy Etcheto, Blungo Academy, Setup Integrations again. 1) Please add a contact there to avoid "noise pollution" elsewhere. 2) Please add and keep the course updated like comparing ZOHO Workplace, Zoho Meeting, ZOHO Books [bank integration is tricky and if adding organizations inside the ZOHO One account, the Yodlee selection is better], Zoho Checklists [or here, i know, i know, Zoho ONE and its many offerings is cumbersome and confusing!] As a global entrepreneur, I am finding ways to use it, which is turning out to be the best complete solution on the planet as their technology evolves. 3) Add a subscription to make it worth your while regarding the Academy. To be clear, I have found your tutorials to be above the rest. Please stay on top of ZOHO. Thank you! [I got to say this if you have a connection to ZOHO.] Two weeks ago, I tried a webinar and she told me to refer to tutorials outside of the session! Waste of my time! And, when I chat in ZOHO Books, I am ready to go! Instead, when he told me to enroll in a webinar, on their time! If the webinar is a week away, and it's a loss of my valuable billable time, forget it!

I wanted to get Zoho Inventory for my online car parts sales which integrates with eBay and amazon but looking at the prices it seems that Zoho one works out cheaper if I wanted the barcode reader etc. Can you tell me if its worth getting Zoho one or just Zoho inventory? thanks

If you think you will be using any of the other Zoho apps included in Zoho One, then go for Zoho One. Pricing wise, Zoho One can be more expensive given that they require all your employees to have a Zoho One account if you want the "All Employee" Pricing. Thanks! Airtable is a great app if the process you are going to use it for is simple. Also, maybe the process is really specific, and there are no specialized apps to manage that process. Zoho One includes many apps for specific processes, like sales, project management, HR, etc. If you want to manage normal business processes, Zoho is the way to go. Also, Zoho Tables (new app) will be included in Zoho One soon. Tables is very similar to Airtable.

@@blungo great to know, thank you, as what I like of AirTable is that you can have data from one « spreadsheet » or table, connected to other tables. Such as clients names and details.

Can I have Shopify as the front shop for all online sales and tightly integrate it with Zoho One? Like: Inventory Customer database Consent management (Zoho commerce is still too basic… unfortunately)

Yes, you can use Shopify and manage your contacts and inventory in Zoho. I have not used the integration between Shopify and Inventory, but I heard it works fine. Zoho Campaigns and Shopify works as expected. Zoho CRM and Shopify will depend on what you want to do in the CRM. There's an integration but the reviews are mixed. It worked for me in the past, but it depends on your requirements. Also, if the requirements are too simple, you can integrate the two apps with a connector (like Zoho Flow or Zapier).
