It's so weird that nobody trains at IMAX even though the weather is nice and it's the middle of the day. I often train at skate parks and there are always skaters skating there, even in the morning. Parkour spots - even the famous ones - are often deserted. To me it seems that parkour is mostly a spectator sport.

I think that is also, because Parkour is still very small. We as freerunners often forget that. Yes there are more and more people who know Parkour, but everyone knows Skateboarding even older people. I somewhat agree that it became some kind of spectator sport... At least in the Internet. It seems Parkour videos work much better than for example Skateboarding. I think Parkour is still growing, slowly, it just has to age more. In a few years there will be a lot more kids who had Parkour at school even if it was just some lessons. And I think, and hope..., It will become much more normal to train in public places! (The same even goes for a lot of public Parkour parks, most of the time empty, just kids playing, or calisthenics people )
