Hey Friends, I know I mentioned my mom passed away in May, I meant to say March. So much has taken place since then. Just trying to get caught back up. Things are finally slowing down so I can get things in order. School might go until later this summer, still trying to finish up some books. I’m hoping to update you on our school year. I’m hoping this summer I can get everything with our outside done. Possibly going to some zoos, parks, and visiting friends.

I never realized you had so many animals. I guess I missed those videos from before I became a follower - very exciting. This is our first year doing turkeys and I am still on the fence on whether or not we will do them again, but I completely agree with you on the cow butchering. There's a delicate balance to ensuring there's enough food for a large family without buying too many cows. 😂😂😂

Yeah I don’t share a lot of my outside stuff or animals but I’m thinking of doing it once a month. As for raising turkeys, we have been for a couple years and this last two years we had bad turkeys that were mean. So once we have area to keep them it’ll be easier. I would love to have a highland cow but we are waiting to have enough money to buy one and breed it. Otherwise I can get another steer like we have pretty easy and inexpensive. Hoping to get more ducks soon. It’s so exciting
