Would love a video on your assigned reading. Especially for sotw. My oldest is going into 9th this year. Thank you so much for your videos they are such a gift!

Last school year we discovered the high school math company called Denison Algebra, and it is amazing. Last year I had a student using Denison’s Pre Algebra and a student using Geometry. Best decision ever for a math curriculum change. This year I have a student using Denison’s Algebra 1 and my other high school student using Algebra 2.

We will be going into 9th grade next year and I’d love to have family subjects and more CM style but have always worried about having grades/credits. I’d love a video of how you use this style to still give your high schoolers what they need!

We have used such a wide variety of science and history programs for my high schoolers but for LA we love the TGTB. I just shared 2 of my high schooler's choices today on my channel.

My 10th graders will be using Biblioplan Medieval high school companion for history, Christian Light for language arts and math, Berean Builders Chemistry, and Sonlight 230 Classical Literature.

I’d like to see an actual copy of your schedule- I think that would e super helpful to a lot of moms. I’m also homeschooling 5 kids, similar ages, and we use similar curriculum but there’s no time for all those extracurriculars and socializing on top of a 5 day school week. We do 4 days with one day for our wild and free group. I have 2 in cooking school on Friday and one in Muay Thai 2 night per week. And I’m EXHAUSTED!

I always share our schedule during my “Back to School Week”, so look for that next week!

I started my 8th grader on level 3 for Fix It Grammar, and it was pretty easy. I'd suggest considering level 4 as well.

I am homeschooling my 10th grader for the first time this school year. I plan to use SOTW as a family subject (with my 5th grader). It might be too niche of a topic for a video, but, if not, I would love to know how you supplement SOTW for full credit for your high schooler. I reside in a pretty regulated state, so I need to be quite diligent about making sure our homeschool meets state standards. I'm in new territory with a high schooler!
