It's been a while since there's been a milking/feeding video. Love it when the cows just stick their heads in it when the feed is coming out. You should purchase a SiloKing self-propelled mixer and get rid of that silage cutter that you already have since you have a lot of heifers and do a lot of feed mixing the SiloKing would make things a bit easier.

I always tell people who complain that we use herbicide, to try growing their own food. No one is forcing them to buy food from the store.

I very much admire all your hard work and the sheer amount of knowledge and skills that you have to have as a farmer... but I can't eat the food you produce because of the glyphosate. It literally makes me ill within hours of eating something that was sprayed with it (wheat, oats,) or any meat or dairy from animals that were fed food that was "roundup-ready". And I don't buy it for my family, either.

Underfeeding will hurt milk production, quality and ultimately herd health. Over feeding wastes money, resources, and can also damage health.

Their parlor isn't as modern as some dairies. It's not computerized, so they mechanically check the milk production of each cow once per month. You can see how it's done the video titled: Milk Testing Day.
