Great question! It's definitely not the cheapest automation to run but if you were doing it for a client for example, if would definitely pay for itself. - Rendering the final video is the most expensive part with Creatomate costing $49/ mo - You could use JSON2Video or Shotstack which are a bit cheaper and have pay-as-you-go plans. Shotstack is 30 cent per video minute rendered on the PAYG plan. - Video Gen on Kling AI can add up the more you generate - they do have starter deals tho. The professional mode is 3.5 times more expensive than the standard mode. For $8.80 per month you can generate between 20-60 videos at 5sec lengths depending on quality. - With GoAPI you need to pay for a "seat" to integrate Kling AI which is $10/month - Suno is free but you need to buy "credits" on GoAPI to use the API - I loaded up around $5 of credits - Flux.1 on Replicate costs around 5 cent per image - GPT4o costs are pretty small - a few cent So not the cheapest automation. All depends on the use case

Can I ask why do you select kling in process of making image to video? I just wonder how about Lumalabs instead of Kling? Is it much more expensive?

Hi, If i was doing the video again I would 100% use Lumalabs. Better quality, much faster and cheaper. Kling is actually more expensive then Runway or Lumalabs like-for-like on their standard monthly plan. (If using Professional Mode and Image-to-video generation on Kling 1.0 or Kling 1.5). Costs for a 5 second 720p video using Image-to-video Kling AI: $0.47 LumaLabs: $0.35 Runway: $0.25 LumaLabs now also have an official API which is much faster then Runways official API or Kling unofficial API (via GoAPI). Also the cost of the new official Kling API is INSANE - klingai.com/dev-center

Hey, it's an extensive automation that allows you to create videos based on topics you provide and you could potentially do it at scale, but no we intentionally don't have this running on auto-pilot as we think it's important to focus on quality when it comes to AI-generated content, so we track everything in Airtable where you'll be able to tweak and re-generate sections of the video as you want before rendering the full videos.
