@@dirose6689 First I start listening affirmations before sleeping, as we are in alpha state, and then in morning once I wake up as its very important - before our mind start to bother us😀21 days .(without skipping).then I start some rituals in bath with salted water 7 days in a row to clean the energy, now I do still few times in a week. Very important breathing techniques, always analyze your breath and try to be still.!meditations as well! all of this helps to bring back our power! And whatever we wish ,it comes easily after removing those blockages! Wish good for ALL! Hope this helpes🫶🙏❤️❤️🙏🫶🫶❤️🙏✨✨✨✨

The hard part for me is statements like "no one can control us but ourselves" and "talking about problems only increases them", because while these may be true and helpful for many individuals, they completely bypass our responsibility to change systems of oppression in the world, which are very real and affect some sectors of the population more than others. Always begin my day with giving thanks to God, then I go into prayer and then I go into a sermon or read the Bible and then I ask for much mercy and protection and blessings. Which he has yet to let me downAnd everything I need to ask God for. I take it to him first. I think one should think positive and try to but be careful who you manifesting to because you just might be manifesting to the evilness that lurks in the secular world but you can't give yourself peace that's why so many people continue to worry there's only one person I can give you peace and there's a calmness even when the storm is coming for you that only he can give you and that's the almighty God. And we have a loving God but we also have a jealous guy and whenever you think you can you're achieving these things on your own that's when you think you're God so be careful of that line that can be crossed. I used to love affirmations in my early twenties but as my walk with God grew stronger and my 40s I didn't ever want God to think that I thought I was as powerful as he is no way Jose he's the almighty one remember that

A good friend of mine shared me this video and i enjoyed hearing your statement about affirmations. I myself am guilty of being so negative about life since childhood. One of my main reasons why i complain a lot is that i generally don't like feeling powerless and vulnerable. For example, I personally hate and despise money with a passion and money is the bane of existence even though money is unfortunately here to stay to enslave the world. I dwell on the negative a lot unfortunately. I do try to be more positive but i don't believe in Force Positivity nor the "Fake It Til You Make It" approach. Me saying certain positive affirmations that aren't true makes me come off as a liar which i don't like lying especially to myself and i hardly every intentionally lie. For example' i want to live in a huge mansion but i don't want to say' "I live in a huge mansion" since it's something i currently don't have.
