I am a little wobbly...i love louise hay...her affirmatios, her kind voice, and lectures...i am wobbly as i dont wear a mask on any regular basis. Much like Louise, I was a traumatized, sexually and physically abused little girl who was mercilessly assaulted daily by my Mom and brother. Thank you Louise for being in my life for almost 30 years. Thank you for your amazing meditations, for all of your teachings. You helped pull me out of my post natal depression which I struggled with for so long. 😔 When your meditation cassette jumped out at me in the store, I bought it & began listening to it that evening. Since then, you have been in my life as my teacher. On the day of your passing, I had no idea this had happened & suddenly your morning meditation started playing without me touching the iPad (Yes, we have moved on from cassettes lol)... I woke up & wondered how that happened & then after the meditation, I heard the news 😥 I am truly grateful that I was privileged to hear your voice that morning. I was just diagnosed as bipolar. I listen to Louise Hay every morning and night. It helps me immensely. I am lucky I can get by with no medication by doing this , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and talk therapy. No bad side effects. This doesn't work for everyone, so I am grateful and hope someone else can benefit from this plan too.

I used to drink alcohol and stay inside and wouldn’t come out of the house, things have changed in the last couple years. I’ve cleaned up the clutter and junk. Started minimizing all the unnecessary things by incorporating more healthy practices, morning meditations/affirmations,yoga,water, breathing,grounding, walking,running,reading. All of these things have helped me align with what I want and release everything else that wasn’t helping me grow.❤❤❤❤
