I would have drilled the hole in the lowest point. I was told to run American Orange .I was told that DEX Cool wasn't okay to use on ford diesel. I also don't use worm clamps. I use PEX style pinch clamps they don't back off and clamp evenly around the whole circumference of the hose.

Thanks for the video, one more job to have fun with in my truck. Question: In my truck, the metal that holds my batteries has a lot of rust and I see that you changed yours in your truck. Do they work well?

I just got my lower radiator hose. How many gallons of coolant it take? Going to ford tomorrow to buy some

I would buy 5 to be safe after some driving cycles. I put a gallon in for sure and then some!

@ appreciate it! You plan on doing the SPE turbo coolant feed line anytime soon? I have it laying in the shop may throw that on while I got it drained
