Nice explanation dude, Excuse me, I have doubted related to Site to site VPN, while we have one site is public IP and use the Fortigate while another site is Mikrotik and use the internet ISP, so it possible to this scenario? Or possible while we have the same Fortigate product at each site ?

The FortiGate uses the IPSec standard protocol for the VPN tunnels. The easiest way might be to have the same vendor on both sides but as long as they both support IPSec, there this a good chance you can tunnel these together. I'd check out the reddit forums and the Fortinet forums to see if someone has done it already so you don't have to try it out blindly. Good luck!
