11/Apr/2021. Gildersome Tunnel and Churwell Urban Woodlands.

I only went out for a short Sunday afternoon walk with intention of filming parts of the old Leeds New Line and Gildersome Tunnel. However, when I came to Churwell Urban Woodlands I just had to check it out.
A bloke who past me said something about what I thought was an old railway, but in reality was a narrow gauge garden railway! I’ll be back to ride that for sure!

Excellent local video! Loved the churwell woods, haven’t visited there so was nice to see it! Have you done the old east Ardsley station to tingley and morley railway line with the viaduct? Would make great Drone footage

As long as you’re 50+ metres away it’s fine, and I was well over that! I have a DJI Mavic Air 2.
