I know almost all of those spots. Been to Taiyaki NYC today. I’d also recommend The Original Chinatown Ice Cream Factory (it’s actually near Eggloo). They have truly Asian ice cream flavors. I was impressed

I’ve had rose flavored ice cream in an egg waffle cone before, and you can get your ice cream sharper as a rose(you can get other flavors of ice cream too!!)! If you’re ever in Los Angeles, go to Cauldron Ice Cream :) It night have been in Orange county, but I’m not sure 🤔

You should also check out Baked By Melissa in New York, NY around Mid-town. They make these really tiny cupcakes and macrons with all different types of flavors. Really good desserts!

Have you been to Grace Street Cafe? Their shaved snow and Ho-dduk, it’s my favorite dessert place in Midtown! For that, they barely edge out Spot Dessert Bar for me, which has super creative and tasty desserts, but just aren’t as satisfying AND refreshing as Grace Street!
