Carrie Anne Inaba from "Dancing W/ The Stars" is the Asian chick w/ the shaved head ( in her earlier days as a dancer ) ....I thought everybody knew she toured w/ Madonna back during the Girlie Show '93.....then again I was in High School and remember seeing this LIVE on HBO when it broadcasted....So my age is showing here...haha.... : ) Madonna did this tour to stay relevant from all the Sex book and Erotica crap reviews critics were slamming her with. She needed to do this tour I believe.
