I've been off social media 2years now and kept my life to myself. It's absolutely true you enrich your life and feel a high percent of happiness. Not because the pressure was off but your self control is Strong. I think most people understand the importance of being Mindful. Others have a slight dependency to social media that can dim someone's light in actually being Social in real life situations. For example, the crowd is communicating on a new slang or wave trending from their social media and lacking in riding their own Wave. It's boring to say, it's boring to see and I guess boring to be Original... Everyone's trying to be someone else.. I just don't get it...so I've engaged in the importance of living with life and what beautiful world we have left that some take for granted. Like the wind, the rain, the sun the oceans, all the plants and trees surrounding us.. and most importantly Humans
