I know it was just 11 days, but I did this meditation every step of the way, Wahe Guru!! :D but I was wondering...is it Thomas Barquee at 1:58?

Just want to know if you miss one day in 11 conservative, do you hv to start it all over again? And if you do more than 11 days is it ok ?
