I just found your channel ❤ Im in the TWW, we are trying for our first child and i have been diagnosed with pcos. I rarely have periods, sometimes my "natural cycles" are up to 80 days. I have been taking letrozole to stimulate ovulation and this time we know that ovulation happened, confirmed with LH-tests + ultrasound. I have been feeling weird, not cramps but more like tension after the ovulation. Now im at 11 dpo today and it has started to feel more like period cramps. Im curious to see if its just how my body feels like when the hormones are working or if this is it. Just got a postive at 12dpo . I ovulated late on CD20. So it's now CD29. The cramps have woken me up at night so bad I have been taking painkillers! Hi! I have a question: on Sunday, 03/6 I felt this extreme bloating and extreme warmth all around my belly for hours!! The only time I feel that is when I’m a few days before my period or on my period. My period is only around the 20th of this month and I ovulated on or around 02/27 or 03/1-do you happen to know what the heck that was about lol-that very warm and bloating feeling never happened to me that early (nearly 2 weeks prior to my period). Oh and I felt fluttering feelings on my right side for 2-3 days straight (lower belly below belly button) and a pulling/stretching feeling on the right side below my rib area (this was around 03/2. Weird.

Hi, it could well be that you felt implantation happening. Take some quiet time, place your hands over your womb and breathe deeply. See if you can connect with your womb and if you sense any more sensations.

Hi, thank you for your brilliant videos. I ovulate on 8/8/22, and I believe this is also when conception took place. I have a fullness,pressure in very low abdomen, 2 days ago had pricking sensation and cramps. Have been so exhausted I have been sleeping in the day and have had bouts of nausea, dizziness, headaches. I believe I implanted on 16/08/22 and I would now be 10dpo. Still getting negative tests, no obvious breast changes and today lower central back ache, any advice? I am going out of my head on this Tww, Also what makes it worse is my cycles are usually 24 days, last month it was 31 as I delayed my period, and on the same day as ovulation took a morning after pill, so I haven't got a clue what's going.

Hi Carly, yes this can put things out of sync and then hormones are up and down so it can cause confusing symptoms unfortunately. My best advice is to tune into your womb regularly. Do you have my guide to womb healing? I honestly believe that would help you right now 💗💗

Thanks for sharing such amazing context from your journey. I can completely relate to it. I have been having very bad cramps since 10dpo in my lower stomach, feverish feeling and the cramps are across legs as well as along the back. Usually this feeling comes one day before period and I also get sore boobs. But this time it’s just the cramping and my boobs are fine which is very different for me. Can this be a sign of early pregnancy?

Again negative on pregnancy test this morning but have been feeling more nauseous than yesterday.. I can feel something is different to regular PMS this time round. Hi , I had taken injection for ovulation and I got ovulated on 24th of November and taking duphaston and follic acid tablets now. My last Lmp on Nov 14th and my periods are always regular. The doctor prescribed the tablets for 15 days from Nov 24 to dec 8 . According to my cycle, my next period date will be on dec 14. Will the tablets change the date of my normal period cycle ?
