The pregnancy test had a faint line but it was clearly there and pink! I dont want to get too excited yet as i want to see the line get darker to tell my husband! Ladies, please take this method for checking for conception with a grain of salt - I’m currently pregnant and after ovulation, my cervix initially became harder and sat lower. Then, at around 12 DPO, my cervix rose back up and was softer, so it doesn’t necessarily “stay soft” immediately after ovulation. Hope this helps for those thinking they’re “out” this cycle! Fingers crossed for you!

After ovulation I always checked for discharge and cervix position After ovulation I had watery discharge and cervix was high But before three days of period cervix came to low position and I got thick creamy discharge Again after one day it went back to high and had pale yellow egg white type discharge I checked upt and it came out positive

Hi! I’ve been binge watching your videos for some time now. And they are very helpful so thank you. I still have some questions though. This ttc month has been a slightly weird one. I had my first positive (yet not peak) LH at CD10. Fertile CM +++ some day before that and ongoing now at CD14. I had my LH peak at CD 13 and is still ongoing, test strip getting so slightly lighter compared to control line and some time sky rocketing again. I have been checking multiple times a day because my LH surge usually lasts less than 12 hours not days. Cervix has been very high, super soft and open for days. Today at CD 14, and probably 1DPO is has dropped lower (not the lowest ever noticed) and has gotten harder, still open. Still have loads of watery CM which seems unstoppable. I can’t understand if this is the end of ovulation or what is going on. I am wondering if this drop means game over and fail this time around. What do you think? I guess only time can tell. Today I got my first wave of nausea and dizziness, which is not too abnormal for me as hormones shift. There has been a moment I felt like this time was the time, but now the cervix discouraged me. The dreaded 2 weeks now.

It might be worth trying as some women have naturally high LH. Let me know how everything goes the next days 🌸

OhMyMamaBody yes I had checked LH throughout a whole cycle too a couple of times or randomly in the month to understand the process. It never happened to have multiple days of high close to peak LH or peak on multiple days before. I’ll see how things go in the next weeks. OhMyMamaBody Turns out this was the time it worked out. 😍the stretching, needle prick pains and tiredness are real.interesting to notice that the cervix dropped and raised back up in the same day, then tested positive in the next. LH tests results have been all over the place, which made me wonder what was going on. And finally found out. Fingers crossed 🤞 thanks for your videos, they have been very helpful.

My cervix has been higher up than normal around this time in my luteal phase and I'm only 9 dpo today. 18 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child,my ob Dr said that when you conceive you can tell because your cervix will be high up and now Iam at that stage in life after 4 pregnancies,Iam for the first time keeping track of my body and now I'm just waiting a few more days to find out if I'm pregnant and to see if my indication of a high cervix this time around holds truth to the matter! I will write back and let you guys know as ppl usually never write back and I'll keep you posted on my pregnancy news, whether negative test or a big fat positive!! Hello! Firstly, Thank you so much for your videos! :) My period is now 18 days late and I am usually very regular- give or take maximum 7 days! I had been putting it down to the fact that I had traveled at the end of November and am now in a warm climate whereas before I was in the cold in the UK. But now it's been a while. I did a test on Sunday evening and another test on Monday afternoon which were both negative... I have another test that I will take on Sunday as I was advised by my holistic family friend who using reflexology told me she was 90% sure I was pregnant and do not have a period coming but she said that the earliest I should test is this coming Sunday! It just seems strange to me that it wouldn't have shown up already if I was, although I am aware that I didn't do them with first morning pee- would it really be likely to make that much of a difference. I have been feeling my cervix the last few days and it's been high, some days unreachable to feel firmness but today I can and it feels softer than when it's just before my period but still firm I would say. Does that sound like I am likely to not be pregnant in your expert opinion? I don't have any other symptoms really except feeling quite fatigued and having a bit of twinging/cramping the last 2 days. Boobs aren't sore and no nausea at all.

Hi, well normally a test would show positive at any time of day given how many days late you are. However! There are a few ladies in my group who only tested positive 3 weeks after their missed period! So it can’t be ruled out. Which means it is definitely worth waiting and testing again so you really know for sure and please with your urine first thing 😉 Do you know when you ovulate? Just to be sure that you haven’t ovulated since…

I just checked my cervix for the first time as I'm starting to think I might be pregnant. I'm 6dpo, It was high-ish and soft although when applying a bit more pressure I could feel a smaller firm area in the centre? I checked about 20 mins later as I wanted to confirm something else, and it was much higher, almost impossible to find actually and I could barely feel the dimple. Does it receed this quickly? How does a cervix change after miscarriage? I noticed my cervix was soft when I found out I was pregnant and have always been very aware of position and feeling. Thanks for this video, I'm 9dpo having waves of nausea and feel "off" just checked for my cervix and can only just touch it, yet normally on my period when using a cup my cervix sits very low and I have to make sure it's inside the cup!!! Congratulations!! Have you checked your cervix again since? Did you find that it softened? This certainly is very different as it is the increased blood flow to the area that causes your cervix to soften.

Hi, when you say bad pain, is it more than PMS pain? Please can you ask your doctor if you are in a lot of pain. It's important to get checked. A mild pain is ok but bad pain needs checking.

Hello! I always checking my cervix for 2 months after I become actively in sex because I am not using birth control. I have 29-31 days cycle. When I felt my cervix after ovulation, My cervix still feels soft overall. But not as crazy soft as it did during ovulation. During ovulation it was super super super soft. Now it is soft but not as soft. Im assuming I have not conceived if it doesn't feel crazy soft. I have a inverted cervix so the position doesn't really change at any point of the month. any extra advice or suggestions are amazing. My cervix did change from super soft to medium soft during the time the discharge was like egg whites. I felt the cervix this morning and it is not as soft as presumably the ovulation process, but it is still soft and spongy at the tip/opening. I'm trying to practice positive thinking to conceive but just wondered if it is not crazy soft only medium soft maybe that means I'm not pregnant?

It’s something that you need to track each month to really get familiar with yours. You see, we are all different lengths inside and you could have a short or long cervix. Feeling the texture change is important. The cervix gets soft due to increased blood volume which starts straight after conception. So keep tracking yours over the next days and see if you notice any differences 💗 Please stay in touch

Hi, it’s good to get an idea of how your cervix changes during your monthly cycle. It all depends where you are at in your cycle for how it is feeling. When you are a couple of days away from your period it will feel a lot harder

I just checked and my cervix felt soft, higher than it would be if I’m due periods, and I felt a slightly pointy centre, so it was closed and narrow and it was quite a lot tilted to the front. What do you think? I’m going crazy. Point to be noted is that when I first conceived, I kept getting false negatives until I was 2 weeks overdue for periods

Hey I’m 4 days late on my cycle seen this video checked my cervix and I had blood and clear stuff on my hands. So I was excited and thought it was my cycle but nothing else came down After.. I am 10 dpo. I typically have lots of cramps prior to a period days before it actually comes. This time I didn’t have any pms cramps but lots of tingling and burning sensation on my right side. Tried to do it again a few minutes later to become more familiar and it’s as if it moved up cause it became even harder to reach (+3”) It was still hard but maybe softer..? Hi, I recommend you track a couple more times over the next days. You need to do it from the same position each time. It is more the texture you are checking for at the moment because you don't know how high/low your cervix is normally. When is your period due?

Hi. Before ovulation our normal temperature is between 97°F and 97.5°F, it rises up to 98.6°F during ovulation. So it should be higher during ovulation and then stay higher if pregnant. Hope that helps you
