Great points in this video! I have a relative who worked for a company, which was declining in profitability. The business found out later, an employee had been stealing from them, which was one of the root causes for the poor results. Also, I’ve appreciated your content and especially your comment about being grounded on what is probable when approaching business. I think there is a lot of hype out there, which could put people in a bad situation if they don’t know what to look at, when acquiring a business. I have your business buyers advantage course and I appreciate your teachings that it is better to not buy something than to buy the wrong thing for a bad price. Keep up the great content!

Thanks David. I especially like the one about keeping up to date with employees and what they may have done since joining the business. It could, of course, be that they have acquired new skills in their spare time that might be useful in the business. Keep up the good work!
