Totally the main reason why I love Raadiohead. You can't sound "like" Radiohead because otherwise you're a poser. There's only 1 Radiohead and they're the best evolving artist since Bowie.

Nice job overall but that is not how to play the intro to Optimistic. It’s drop D, but only fretted on the D and B strings. 10th fret (both), 12th fret (both), 7th fret (both) / 6th fret (B string) & 8th fret (D string), slide that up two frets to 8th (B) & 10th (D) and resolve back down one fret to end on 7th (B) & 9th (D). Keep the G-string muted and you’re gold. 👍🏼

@@haydenhartranft1524 It’s an absolutely amazing guitar, but the best guitar I own is Tim Henson’s TOD10N. Bar none the nicest guitar I’ve ever played, and the cost vs value is unparalleled. If you’ve got a little extra in the budget then I’d definitely suggest checking that one out ❤️

I think you’ve got the ‘D’ wrong in Optimistic. I don’t know the exact name of the actual chord, but the B string should be open (i.e. second fret on G and top E string only).
