Please Madam Faith good evening, assuming you applied for a scholarship and provided your referees emails and they admission team asked for their institutional emails but one forgot the password to the institutional email but the admission team insisted that the person should provide it before they can consider my application, please can I use different account to apply for the same scholarship with Lecturers having their institutional emails

Hii, please inquire from the scholarship body if it's okay to change your referee to someone with an institutional email. Because applying twice may make your entire application null and void.
