I am trying the same example as u have posted. I am using summer 21 and no need to create a loop variable. Also I have no active triggers/Workflows defined on account object. But when I update account description corresponding opportunity description isn't updating

This flow is working in the scenario when we update the description of account it's related opportunity records description is also updating, but when we creating the new opportunities related to the account it's description is not updating.

Yes because on update of account only description of opp will be updated.

In screen flow while putting any component on screen then in properties I think there is an option for help text.

Even we can achieve the same thing,by process builder and triggers. Then y we should go to flows, Can you tell me .

In flow we can also apply decisions, loops as well that you cannot do in PB and if you write trigger then test classes are required but here those are not required.
