For me its Vincenzo, a new genre - Black Comedy..as observed the others have the same plot - how to get out from evil to goodness..how to pass all the painful experiences and be rewarded..or vengeance or love attained at the end..or difficulties surpassed finally..too predictable..Vincenzo' s cast - all has great acting from the dwellers at the plaza to the cruel villains to the lead stars ! @@msdony308 Korean Odyssee was the first K-drama I stumbled upon and after watching that one I was hooked to the quality of Korean film making. It's a pity they never made season 2 of that one. Black I saw last year and the others you mentioned I need to check if they are on Netflix. Thank you for recommending them! My top highlights so far are Vinzenco, Hotel de Luna, Hyena, Signal, Tunnel, The Uncanny Counter, Itaewon Class, Startup ... I'm sure I missed many to mention.

I'm mad about Vagabond and Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung. Both ended with HUGE cliffhangers and didn't get a 2nd season. It's the reason I'm always hesitant to watch Netflix-made Kdramas. I want my story wrapped up in one season, then if there's a second, tell a different story. It's one of the best parts of watching K-dramas, imo! 😊

I thought I wouldn't like a story about a gumiho but I totally enjoyed "My Roommate is a Gumiho." It was sooo funny, and the chemistry between the leads is amazing. Jang Ki-Yong proved that he is such a versatile actor. His transformation from a violent loan shark in My Mister to a kind and gentle gumiho is really a joy to watch. Hye-ri is a natural. This romcom is a must-see.

@@ashleyt5362 you won’t regret watching Hospital Playlist. For me, it’s highly recommended and is actually a really good drama and my favourite Korean drama. When watching other dramas, I was always skipping because there were lots of boring parts but for Hospital Playlist, I never skipped any parts or because very episode was so captivating and each one gave me a roller coaster of emotions. You won’t regret watching this one but I understand medical or slice of life dramas like this one are not everyone’s taste. I respect your opinion but for me, it’s really good and you should give this a try

I liked it as well, the casts were nice and the plot was promising, but to be frank the show was pretty bland and predictable. I knew from the start what would happen next up until the end. It was also kind of a bummer how the female lead didn't have a second lead (but that was what made DYS unique too). I could only wait until episode 10 and then skipped to ep 15-16. Still a reco to watch to pass time, though.

My favorites thus far, have been The Uncanny Counter, Abyss, Mystic Pop Up Bar, Mad For Each Other, Run On, and a couple of classics like Strong Woman Bong Soon, What's Wrong with Secretary Kim, and the freaking amazing " Hotel Del Luna"

IMO my FAVS: Vincenzo takes first place - LOVE Kwak Dong=Yeon the most, so handsome and a great actor, but all actors did great. #2 Beyond Evil - Yeo Jin Goo & Shin Ha-kyun. These dramas kept me wanting more and I really looked so forward to the next episode. I highly recommend both. But ya'll need to remember that you can't compare different genre's, all you can say it which dramas are your favorite in a certain genre category. What I listed are my favorite dramas that I enjoyed the most over all FOR ME, so what ever drama people pick including the OP of this video, it is a matter of which genre you like the most and what that person looks for in a drama.

Fr the visuals are stunning the ost is on another level and the performances are one of the best I’ve seen the writing is also very good SPECIALLY in season one and I love how plot twist don’t just come out of nowhere the hints are always there if you watch it back.

You all need to watch the kdrama THE DEVIL JUDGE. Its ongoing drama and not in netflix yet but maybe we can request it. It is a dark-thriller-mystery with a bit romance and familyhood kdrama. The best thing about this kdrama is the storyline isnt cliche and it makes the viewers on their toes with some twists and humour. This drama is at ep6 but there is a lot of things that viewers can learn mostly the law and societal problem in south korea. Jisung(Kill me heal me), Jinyoung(he is pychometric), Kim minjung(Mr.Sunshine) and Park GyuYoung(SweetHome) are the main casts. They are all star studded and I would say they have azing chemistry on and off cam 🙂
