For those who wondering which driver is wrong so I think the biker and the Lexus driver is wrong because that lexus driver is turning but he/she is not signal for other vehicle. And for the biker is see clearly that the porsche is signal but he don't slow down and then he crash to the porsche.

Could be both drivers fault but I think it's the Porsche, Waze map speed indicates that limit is 40 mph, biker is seen to be going 43 (3 over is within legal limit) and is overtaking the bus, biker deemed it was safe to overtake around a bend with a blindspot, could be argued it was the bikers fault for making a dumb move, and the road says SLOW indicating there's a bend and that drivers need to drive slowly. However, the Lexus went straight back into the left driving lane after going past parked cars which is fine, however the Porsche decides to turn right, cutting through the left driving lane, I think the Porsche should've followed the lexus, then waited until it was safe, then turned into the left driving lane instead of cutting through both driving lanes. This would've given plenty of room for the biker to pass through and not cause a crash...

Down roads like that you have to go slow like the bus because all you have to do is see the cars on the opposite side and realise that there is bound to be people coming hence the people on the bikers side going slow or am i just stupid because i think it has no other option and due to the other car blocking the way, is that not enough of a warning that others may not be there?
