11 hours shift working at bakery cafe | serving customers, baking pastries, making drinks

i'm back with another cafe working vlog! @ / homecroissanterie
this time, i worked both front AND back of house; i woke up with ben to help him with baking & finishing touches on pastries in the kitchen. then i worked front of house to serve customers, clean & set up tables, make drinks & restock items.

Oh no... the matcha latte isnt real matcha it's made from syrup

the matcha is real! made with matcha powder daily at the cafe 🍵 it’s just made in bulk as it doesn’t make sense to blend matcha for each order - would take too long!
