Nice video with beautiful scenery and cute cafe. That roast level is very typical japanese roast, too dark and even a bit oily for nice specialty beans. Does your father is foreigner? you has perfect english and pronounciation.

How can I get started with roasting very small batches of beans at home? Especially equipments
@naomi.weiserАй бұрын
You can actually just roast on a pan if you want to try it out. They also sell small batch roasters and you might be able to get a good deal second hand. I’d check out eBay or Facebook marketplace. There are also a lot of videos on KZbin about pan roasting as well! Hope this helps!

Ah hi!! Welcome to my channel! That’s so awesome! Tbh I don’t remember the magazine and it was a local one anyways so it might be kinda hard to find, but I would recommend Brutus, Popeye, and Retrip! They sometimes have specific issues just for coffee! Hope that helps and good luck 🫶

Haha good question! Some days are very slow so we don’t get too many customers in person. The shop is also located in the countryside so the flow is not comparable to one in the city. I also didn’t film the customers for privacy reasons!
