#11 It's finally happening! I'm buying land in Mallorca, Spain - Part 1

It's finally happening! Last week I got the call from my real estate agent that the deed is ready to sign. So we're traveling to Mallorca by ferry to prepare the last things before becoming a land owner.
I can't believe that this permaculture project ist finally coming into action and that I am going to buy a piece of land on this beautiful island called Mallorca.

I always enjoyed traveling by Schnellbahn when I was a kid living in Germany. Europe's train and public transit system is so much better than what is available in the US. Owning a car here is pretty much unavoidable.
