Hmm interesting realization. Typically it’s the opposite insight regarding thoughts, or rather that the dis-identifying of one’s thoughts and feelings leads to the realization of the true self. Thus we are more than what we think and feel. The power is in witnessing and if you wish to go deeper with it ask yourself, “who is witnessing the witnesser?” Seek that which is unchanging.

This came in the right time! 🙏 I am manifesting a new life - new source of income, new place to live and new body. I feel like I've been stuck in a rut since 2020, tbh~ and for the longest time I've been saying "I want to get back to the old me or I want my life back". Towards the middle of the meditation, I started smiling and tears came out. I tried visualizing things so many times, but nothing ever happened like that before. Also, it felt so much easier to visualize and feel everything while listening to this. 😭 I will continue this everyday!

Amazing meditation. I was able to get my dream grades of a 9 in gcse english language and 8 in english lit with a total of 8A* and one A and gcse. My sister got 5A* and 4A's with a 9 in english language and 7 in english literature. We also got to move to our dream highschool-ISM. Life is so great.

He already got a job in Colorado. By some miracle, I didn’t even expect it to happen. But he did which is amazing. I’m still going to give us some time and space, but I’m just super happy that he stayed here and we’re able to try again. We were able to find stability in our lives and actually settle down. He will be in my life forever. I know that, so I’m not worried. We will have a family together. I’m very happy that we found each other.
