@@StefanS23 only if you have a shitty diet (or some other unchangable problem). the human body has an amazing capacity for recovery, but its easy to take it for granted as a kid, and to not cultivate sustainable habits as a kid... get all the animal products and processed foods out of your diet, and replace it with a low protein low fat high carb diet and your body runs like a brand new machine.. i could go more in-depth, but i dont want to bore you

When I was a little kid first skating the older kids looked actually intimidating in these big shoes and baggy clothes. Then shoes and pants got slim which at first I refused but eventually I realized girls loved it and now I alternate around both types of pants and shoes. Dude is unreal. Some of his tricks reminded me of watching him at FDR park back in the day - huge Benihana’s and hardflip late fingerflips. It was obvious, back then even, that he was a once in a lifetime type of skater. Side note - I think his switch frontside flip on the mini board had a better flick than his regular sized board!
