11 Months on Testosterone (Androgel, FTM)

Hai Daan, leuke vid's! Ik ben 10 mnd aan de gel (4 pompjes) maar mijn levels zijn te laag volgens endo, dus waarschijnlijk zal ik moeten spuiten. Wel fijn dat ik het kan vergelijken dus blijf ik je volgen 😊. Thanks for your effort!

Thanks :) Met 4 pompjes blijf je wel smeren, kan me voorstellen dat een injectie dan ook fijner is (als je daar niet te veel moeite mee hebt natuurlijk). Ik zit nu op 2 dus waarschijnlijk gaan we het weer ophogen naar 3.

I lost my mojo with working out about 2 years ago. I was working out so much since I was a child but you know, had too much estrogen so results weren't matching the effort. Feeling better now though, my body is feeling tougher 😌 💪🏾 Time to order that budget treadmill.

11 months and I don’t think my voice is as low as most of you guys. My facial hair is filling in way slower too. I know this isn’t the end of the changes. It just seems like my changes aren’t at noticeable as you guys that I have been following. 🤞🏼 hoping it drops more and the middle of my chin fills in 😂

The same goes with me for facial hair 🙂. My voice dropped pretty quickly, but now that I’m almost 2 years on T it still breaks sometimes so it really takes some time I guess 🙂

Is it true the long term effects can cause heart issues?

I am by no means an expert on this topic, but as far a I know testosterone, as with any medication or medical intervention, can have potential effects on heart health, particularly in those with a pre-existing heart condition. But not all studies have found such a link, and more research is needed to fully understand the potential risks. For me, I have my blood and blood pressure checked regularly at the hospital to keep an eye on things. That is, at least in the Netherlands, part of the procedure.

I feel like it's been off and on depending on the lvl of T. It's something that I'm still discussing with my doctor. But I must say, it's not that I'm noticing it (so no uncomfortable "symptoms" :)) but that's also because I had a coil.
