Thank you for this amazing video. You mentioned that AVE between 0.40 and 0.50 and CR over 0.70 would mean the we can refer to Convergent validity as established, could you please provide me with the reference article for this?

Sir how can we improve AVE??? In my study ONE construct CR is .793 and AVE is .434 and in other one CR is .774 and AVE is .325

Please check the standardized regression weights, remove loadings less than 0.70.

@Research With Fawad I figured it out that the second column is the square of the factor loading..... Meanwhile another question, what can I do when my data is barely reliable and not valid?

What is the reason if AVE < 0.5 and CR > 0.7, Convergent validity still Acceptable? Any appropriate reason.. Couldn't understand from the article.

Slight correction please AVE between o.40 and 0.50 and CR over 0.70 would mean the we can refer to Convergent validity as established. For more information please read Hair et al textbook on SmartPLS

Sir i have gone through a number of videos where they use loading from rotation matrix for calculating CR and AVE. I am confused whether to take loadings from rotation matrix or standartdized regression under estimates.

If you are using SPSS AMOS, take from Standardized Factor Loadings in Estimates

Factor loadings are provided by the software as Standardized Regression Weights. No need to manually calculate them.
