a good video presentation. it is very informative and easy to to understand. i have a question for you, Sir. in your early presentation, you said that the reliability of instrument could be improved by deleting item which hold down the reliability score ( in your case is life satisfaction excellence). So, if we decide to delete it, do we need to still include in the validity test? TIA for your response

If we delete a particular indicator to improve reliability score, we should not include the same in validity test.

When you take the correlation value you mentioned bottom left but u actually took the top most right value. Are these values always the same?
