The big problem is, woman only give hints. They don't directly say what they want. Since woman operate under the "plausible deniability" method, we men can't ever be 100% sure she wants us. Hi Coach Melannie!! The most surprising sign is: She wants to be friend of your friends. It is very clever. Doing that she can knwo him talking to the people who knows him better. Doing that she could be invited to all the activities and know him in many situations. Oh my...my co worker had this conversation about "having a weekend off, not doing aaaanything at all "drink wine and chill". When i think about it, there are alot of signs the last 3 weeks. She sat beside me at a work meeting last week, 7 other people from our department to choose from. She complimented me on a party 2 weeks back, but also stating "i'm using you as a natural answering partner" Monday she came to work, and asked me "do you notice something"..i was like..umm. No make-up? (which was correct)..i said last week during a conversation that, is make up really important? Because she stated that sometimes she wished she could go to work without make-up. Did she just answer to that conversation? She also bumped into me like 2 times yesterday while passing me talking to a customer.

Just keep in mind the setting here. If she's at work and it's her job to make you feel good, it doesn't mean she's into you necessarily. Also, if she treats everyone that way. But if she treats you differently than others, either with more effort or with far less (if you haven't done anything to deserve her ire), that's when you pay attention.

An update on my crush at work: after I made my move to get her phone number, we started to get to know each other, and she was reciprocating. After a week, I asked her out in person, she said yes. However, after a few days, she opened up to me that she was still going through a recent break up. She then said it was best not to go out. I told her I understood, and that I hope she feels better with time. Here's the interesting thing, she still gives me signals to this day. Whenever I talk to her at work, she starts giving me signals, and even looks down when we make eye contact. My friends say that she's still interested, and it could be she's hoping I'm still available when she feels ready. My advice to my fellow men, be mature and adult if at first she says no. She wants a mature man that can handle things on an emotional level. I haven't given up on my crush, I'm just giving her time and space until she feels ready, while I focus on myself.
