You aren't missing out on anything with the carbon ti chainrings aswell. They shift significantly worse then shimano. Your best bet would be a set of lightweight ROTOR chainrings for example. Swapping out the crankset for a lighter one helps aswell

In a cutting weight spree video search I found interesting the seatpost thing I did it myself like a year ago and almost nobody mentions it that much. Also tpu tubes, and bartape are other options. Seems I am getting to the bottom of this since I dont see much more of where to cut weight without expending loads of money 😅

Rotational weight is where any money should be spent first: tpu tubes then tires then wheels, crank arms and rear cassette. You’ll feel the difference with every pedal stroke.

Unless you go for superlightweight carbon bottle cage (like some under 10g) you can achieve similar or in many cases lower weight with aluminium ones. Supacaz Fly Cage weights 18g which is lower than those carbon cage which you showed and there are many plastics cages on the market in this 30g area.

If you're going to forgo shimano chainrings, the best shifting ones, you might as well forgo the shimano crankset altogether in favor of a lighter one with a 30mm spindle.

Rotational mass does not matter more than mass in general. Just go weight / money.

Nahhh you missed out on the biggest 2 savings for the least amount of money. 1: Ridenow TPU innertubes, saves 200 grams for the whole bike. 2 galfer rotors, they are the same weight as carbon ti but only 25% of the price.

Don't even downsize the bike GPS, replace it with a Beeline. You get far, far better navigation and still upload to strava. All you missout on are power meter/heart rate monitor connections etc, which most people don't need anyway.
