7:18 The part about choosing the ripest fruit really made me rethink my goals. Why scatter energy on everything when I can focus on what truly matters? Who else is ready to grow towards their own light?

It’s thought-provoking to realize that many things we need to eliminate aren’t material, but rather negative thoughts, bad habits, or toxic relationships. ‘Quietly eliminating’ them not only helps us focus on personal growth but also creates space for positive things to flourish. This is an important reminder to listen to ourselves more instead of chasing others’ expectations

Do you think eliminating these things will truly bring more peace, or are we unintentionally isolating ourselves? What’s your take on this?

I think the idea is to identify which individuals are supporting and helping you and which are causing you anxiety and dragging you down. Then be mindful of this when you interact with them and consciously say less and stop explaining and mentally distance yourself from them. In time perhaps you can remove yourself physically but this isn’t always possible. I’m having trouble dealing with my father’s negativity. I’ve learnt not to offer him too much information now because he is always critical of me. We are locked in to a pattern where I constantly try and gain his approval and encouragement but I am constantly confronted with negativity and sneering. I’ve learnt not to offer him anything now. The other day he said to me, for example. What are you doing, are you doing anything useful? So negative, I’ve actually distanced my self from him now and I see him much less and I am actually happier.
