Hey, i have anxiety about how i smell, so i always make sure that i NEVER stink. Here are some of my “tips” -brush your teeth at least 2 times a day, and make sure that you brush your tongue, it’s usually where the bad odor come from. -shower everyday, but hydrate your skin after, because showering often tend to dry out your skin. -it’s personal, but i prefer when my shampoo and conditioner have a strong scent, so that my hair always smell good. If the scent is too light, you won’t smell it as much. It will fade away. -even if you like your perfume, it is not a shower in a bottle, you still need to be clean to smell good. -don’t put too much perfume on, perfume is a must, but too much is way too empowering. -always carry deodorant and gum with you, i can never leave my house if i don’t have them with me -use a peppermint lip balm if you like it, it’ll help for your breath -spray your perfume or mist on your clothes and hair, the smell will last longer than on your skin. -use perfume on your clavicles, so when you hug someone they can smell it. Use aluminum free deodorant on your feet and on the interior of your thighs if you tend to sweat from there. 😊
