Thank you very much for making this video. I’m a shy introvert and I used to think this was a big disadvantage for a language learner. As an English learner it’s hard not to notice those extroverts improving their spoken English by leaps and bounds while I seem to be stuck. I am an introvert and am afraid of doing public speaking. One time I went to a training and had to give a presentation. I did a lot of practices so that I managed to memorize everything I have to say. Although I felt nervous, but my coworkers said I did very well. I think practice is the key.
