There's 2 spots I think you should have mentioned. South Point has wonderful late night specials. I usually get the 2 egg, toast, hash brown, with bacon (they have sausage if you like) for $3.95! I usually add cheddar for a dollar to the eggs. Roberto's is all over the place and it's a real trip if you never been to one. In New England all we have are Taco Bells :( If you've never been to a Roberto's check it out. Same thing with Farmer Boy's (but the quality of Farmer Boy's isn't what it used to be.) Thanks for the Ocean One Restaurant tip!!! I didn't know about that one.

@@doctordark3527 Roberto's definitely depends on location. Kind of like other chains. There are approximately 20 of em in Vegas. Likewise there's 8 Farmer Boys in Vegas as well. The Farmer Boys I liked and remember was near Nellis. The Roberto's I remember was near UNLV. My guess for the best "quality"... Like many things in Vegas; the closer you get or are in Summerlin or Green Valley, the safer, cleaner and better things are. UNLV center is awesome... UNLV edge and outskirts... Not so much.. Downtown LV... It may not be the Bronx... But it got that concrete jungle feel...

@@doctordark3527 Hahaha!!! I stayed in the ghetto... Lived off of Paradise and I also lived on the east side of Craig. I liked the Roberto's and the Farmer Boy's near there. The Roberto's I went to had a giant salsa / salad bar. It was so healthy. There's a local taco truck where I live now. The guy's the real deal. The taco's and burritos always have cucumbers, carrots and turnips on the side. Makes me think of Roberto's when I order food from the truck. One really cool place I use to love in Vegas that no longer exists was the Chinese chain "Pick Up Stix". They went belly up after the real estate crash :(

I’ve been going to OSHA one for since it opened. They’ve changed their menu a little bit. Everything is a little higher now since the pandemic, they raise the meals to six dollars now and the drinks to 12 but still a great deal for what you get they took the pork chop chicken away I loved it. It was really good the salmon’s OK, for the money you cannot beat. It is getting to be quite some lion now though you have to go put your name on the list which sucks didn’t used to have to do that everybody’s finding out about it. Blackbear they got them all over Oregon. They’re actually pretty good. Hard to get regular hashbrowns they have them most place. Got them deep fried potatoes chunks. They’re disgusting to me mother blackberries. It’s really a decent place. Thanks for letting these people know about the spot. Rick smokin ribs are great. Ellis Island is good food but you have to wait too long not worth going to let you get up really early and meet the people in there last time. I was there about a month ago. There was crackheads everywhere out front I won’t go back there again.

Yep, it’s a bit pricey. Next time your in Vegas go to the original Rollin Smoke bbq. It’s a lot cheaper than Ricks Rollin smoke and it’s the same name without Rick.

Actually they still brew their own beer. It’s called the Ellis Island brewery. You can call them to confirm. I’m good friends with the management at the brewery. Last time I was there I toured there facility. I love that place!

We have been to Golden Tiki and Frankies. We preferred GoldenTiki by far. Better atmosphere, more interesting clientele and not super smoky (Frankies was unbearable with smoke).

I am always puzzled by how financial smart people are, If they go to Vegas and spend three thousand dollars on a weekend but they save a couple of bucks in three or four fast food and happy hour joints to make them feel great and healthy, well, that is a fast way to save for retirement. In my opinion people that know they are overweight should avoid restaurants period, I do, but in Vegas 98% of people that go there are and seem to ignore those facts. What happened to common sense.? 20 DLR steak and lobster its really a 300 DLR ordeal after all if you divide the cost of the trip. Honestly you will be better off saving in other things or staying home as and play the lottery.
