Market Street Cafe inside the California hotel in downtown vegas has the cheapest and best prime rib as well as steak for the price. Of course there are better but for a lot more. But for the price you pay you get a great piece of steak. We get both prime rib and steak dishes with side salad, baked potato, one dessert, and veggies for a side for only like 35 bucks altogether including sodas lol

I've learned over the years that price doesn't always define a good steak from a bad steak. I've paid for a pricey steak and have been disappointed, and also paid very little and had a really good steak. There's nothing like a great steak though, and I want them all!! Great job Norma!!! 🌠

That $10 Ellis Island steak and eggs steak is exceptional! I don't think I've had a better "cheap" steak in my life. Can you think of better in Vegas? 🤔 Carversteak is the highest end steakhouse that I've ever been to, and I'm *still* dreaming about their ribeye! 🥩 🤤 I don't think Norma's ever done a steak video more in line with my steak tastes! 😆

Damn Norma! You exposed Tony Roma's.....as if it isn't already packed! And then Mon Ami! Damn, damn DAMN! One of the BEST restaurants in Vegas.....although maybe the baguette & whipped butter clouds my mind. Confession: never have had the Hanger steak, (or any steak) but it's now on my list. And, OMG....Carversteak! Haven't even made it to Nomad yet, and it is now behind this place. Only a month left in Vegas before I head back to the mountains.....I've got to get my schedule done! I am surprised you didn’t mention EL Cortez all day prime rib special at $16.99, a big cut with a side and vegetables. I highly recommend Herbs and Rye for a good steak especially during happy hour when their cuts are half off, you can get 2 prime 16 oz ribeyes for under $80 during that time.

(Many) years ago I had the famous $1.99 steak dinner at Binion's Horseshoe in downtown. I think the hours were 11pm -7am or something like that. The restaurant had a full menu, but the waiter told me that about 90% of the people ordered the steak. It was fairly good. Far from the best I ever tasted, but still a good steak.

Have u tried Golden Steer? I remember trying it and I said it was the best steakhouse in Vegas. Times have changed and Carversteak along with the Bazaar Meat Jose Andres steakhouse in Sahara are the spots that intrigue me that I plan to try.

I've done Ellis Island several times both for the steak and eggs breakfast and for the prime rib. Both were really good independent of price, and spectacular for the money. Of course they were a lot cheap then. I seem to remember the steak and eggs being $4.99. It's particularly good after playing poker until 6AM.

😝😝😝😝😝😝Dios Mio Norma,...just drove to Vegas from L.A. because your fun vids ---- BUT!!!! the Traffic is HORRIBLE ---The streets are being work on ALL over the Strip and even surrounding areas. Some roads have cones pinching to just one to 2 lanes and there is NO visible work being done!!! I wasted 1/2 a day STUCK in just a small section of the strip (NOT EXAGGERATING). Believe it or not my favorite steak 🥩 dinner that I get in Las Vegas is at Dennys. It's an 8oz steak 🥩 with mashed potatoes 🥔, corn 🌽, salad and sometimes chicken 🐔 noodles 🍜 soup for about thirty bucks. I will try the steak 🥩 and lobster tail dinner at Tony Roma's next time I'm in Las Vegas. You and Lydia should do your next 24 hours at Casino Royale.

Always love your videos; but.....I have to mention what i think is the best (and very expensive) steakhouse in Vegas - SW Steakhouse at Wynn. 1. they have a Japanese Wagyu steak which is $300 (more if you want more that 4oz) 2. It is located in the best, most luxurious Hotel in Vegas (just my own opinion) 3. It has that outside patio seating. 4. Lake of Dreams show. perfection is sitting outside on the patio on a warm summer night, around 8pm when the sun has gone down. disclaimer: I have yet the eat at Carversteak.

Wow, $35 for a drink. I can get 10 Bacardi & Cokes at a bar near me for $35. And $260 for a steak is robbery, I know a place that does a $10 boneless ribeye steak dinner with one side, and it is really good, cooked perfect over charcoal. I get it at least once a week, and it's only $10, the drinks are also only $3 from 4pm to 6pm. I get the steak dinner and have 2 drinks for $16, that's $20 with tax and tip.

You spent more time trying to be a comedian than you did talking about steaks. Furhermore, you don's know anything about knives. The first steak you showed us was 9.00 or 10.00 for breakfast. That was an excellent deal especially with the eggs, hash browns and bread. The last steak for 260.00 dollars was extremely expensive even if 4 people did split the price. It would come out to 65.00 dollars apiece. Your cameraman says it was the best steak he ever had. What was he supposed to say and why was he even included, unless he's your boyfriend or something. I've had steaks that were pricey and was disappointed in them. Of course your not paying for them any way

Jackson's Bar & Grill on West Flamingo has the best steak in town. A $20 hand cut, never frozen 16oz Rib Eye is off the hook.

My advice - skip the Tony Roma's special. Yeah you get a decent amount of food but the steak is terrible. I'd rather pay more somewhere else and get a good steak or for 12 bucks get something else.

Budget my ass. When I was taking business courses in college. My professor told me that if a restaurant in a hotel or a shopping mall, can double the prices on each entrée. If you go to a restaurant on Las Vegas Blvd., double check the menu prices carefully before you get ripped off.

When I lived in Las Vegas used to like to go to eat at Ellis Island. Also, used to go to Maxim's to eat. It was great. The California Hotel has some good food. The food was really good at The California Hotel and Main Street Station. Both owned by the Boyd Group. Used to love to eat at the Stardust. That was also owned by the Boyd Group. Would prefer to eat off strip. Would also like to stay off strip. My late wife used to like to stay on strip. I don't think viewing traffic is a really cool view. The wine room looks really nice. Since I lived downtown it was easy to go to the California Hotel and Main Street Station. Also, Jerry's Nugget coffee shop, open 24/7 was very good.

Never made it to Mon Ami Gabi, but I did take my wife to the restaurant at the top of the Effel tower... hot garbage. We eat prime steak in Houston all the time and whatever they served us was not prime. Not even close. Service was mediocre, they charge extra for a view of the fountains and the place is small and cramped for a fine dining steakhouse. Between the 3:2 blackjack and the bloody mary stand they have in the morning Ellis Island is a must visit place for sure!

Mon ami gaby' looks like homemade butter for the bread, anytime it's almost white you know it's not factory made! Yummy Just buy whole cream add a pinch of fine salt and shake the hell out of it,(Or shake it like a Polaroid! About 6 to 8 minutes or use a food processor on high
