Making that list of the values I need to have in the people I surround myself with. GOOD STUFF! One of the best books I've read recently? "Limitless" -Jim Kwik! Wow! I'm in a fb book club "Investment minded book club" and everyone we go thru a book that mostly works on us becoming better people with GREAT mindsets! I've suggested a couple of your books for.our October selection and I really hope they pick one! (Totally Fulfilled or Underdog Advantage)

❤WOW, Thank YOU Dean you are talking my language on all your CORE values. When you mentioned competing with yourself to become the best version of yourself. That's me 100%. Always learning , growing, enduring and being resilient. TEAMWORK AND SOLUTION BASED THINKING. Here's the thing about obstacles in life , sometimes 3 or 4 at the same time, once we worked through it, the next one starts. We are stronger than yesterday to face tomorrow's challenges. ❤ I love this statement : ❤Love like you have NEVER been hurt, dance like there is no tomorrow ....DREAM WITHOUT LIMITS❤....

Dean, I am seventy somethin year old/young woman and - except for two years when my daugther was born- I have worked all my life. I have read many books on self development and I have learnt a thing or two from every one of the books, but I had never learnt so much and so valuable as I have learnt in this 46 minutes video. LOVE your ENERGY!! and Love the way you talk about values and the truly important things in our private and work life. THANK YOU !!! Today for me, it's a very happy day because I meet YOU!!! Good bless you and all your loved ones. June 27, 2020

Thank you, Dean - love these values! I've had the worst experiences in traditional jobs over the past years for that particular reason. Too many fake, jealous, ego driven, bullies as co-workers who just complain all day without providing solutions or ...leaving the darn job!! And the bosses/managers who just enable it bc they need "people to fill positions". I'm so glad I'm working remotely and side hustling now but that was my biggest hurdle walking into my shifts. The energy in the room determines everything! Be genuine. Be positive. Be optimistic about the future of the company you are working for. Provide solutions! Be KIND.

Great perspective! I can relate when you say you aren't a huge fan of traditional jobs. That is why I am so passionate about self education! We are meant for so much more! Wishing you the best and Happy New Year!

@@deangraziosi thank you Dean! Yes, SO much more! Self-education is vital to our growth. I'm so thankful for your material and generosity. Really enjoying the Underdog Advantage! This is the best ever. I'm totally alone because of my values. I never knew it like that and I am divorced because I wouldn't accept his values by demand. I just realized it's my values and I refused to stand by and see what values he tossed out for a few seconds with best friends wife. I just realized it and how on earth you Dean and your real self and values freed the hell out of me from my past. I'm even feeling it inside and I love the shit you know and I realized it's my values and it's what makes me who I am and where I'm headed. My smile won't leave me for the rest of the day. I'm diggin' this so much and so many things came together for me. Thank you Dean and I'm thirsty for more. I wouldn't change my values and that's what they can't stand. YIKERS

Thank you so so much Dean. I just discovered personal development with Tony R. 3 years ago and you a month ago 😲🤯 I've been on a Dean Marathon lol obsessed with learning more from you, reading your books, the ones you recommend, watching & listening. Crazy how I actually possess the values you mention here, but before this video I couldn't understand why I felt unfulfilled with my career despite achieving all the goals, trying to see the best in every day and feeling grateful that my butt had gone from starting in customer service fresh from the motherland, without understanding English lol to getting boss jobs over professionals with college degrees :) In my own imperfect way I tried to teach these values to people I have come across these corporate jobs who were the complete opposite, and now that I think about it, I actually managed to change a few minds along the way ❤ Quick little story: in one of my most recent positions I ended up working with the most stubborn man ever lol he had been with the company for 30 years 😲 because of so, he thought nobody could tell him what to do lol. He hated the job at that point and then my guts for implementing new systems, ideas, solutions etc lol but guess what...4 months later, before he retired, he told me I had been the best manager he's had in his whole life & he had seen quite a few lol. I'm ready to be part of a team that shares the same values as me! Can't thank you enough for all your mentoring, I've never experienced it to this level and when I needed it the most. God bless you and yours so much more!

This is just amazing :) I wrote my CV a couple of months ago and I decided to include my values and my abilities there. I called them "Who I am" and "Magical powers". I Applied for one job that was alined with what I want to do. Never heard anything from them, then the KBB course showed up in my life recently and I knew instantly, that was the right path for me! :) Amazing how things synchronize :)
