Munger and Buffett have both achieved an incredible feat with Berkshire. They've turned thousands to billions, and have made a lot of people wealthy in the process. I really saw the potential of the stock market by reading Berkshire's annual letters. I recently sold my $674k apartment in the Bel Air area and I'm hoping to throw it into the stock market. Most newbies either do not understand the power of compound interest, or are just impatient. For the average Joe, however, I think it is just best to invest in the S&P 500, and just wait, which is reliable, albeit extremely long-- lots of years. Or just use a professional analyst and speed up wealth creation. Most people underestimate the power of the latter.

Step 1, be born rich. Step 1a, if you failed Step 1, compensate by making rich friends. Step 2, leverage your family’s wealth or your friend’s wealth to own a business as soon as possible. Step 3, pay your workers as little as possible and charge as much as you can, to build your wealth. Step 4, invest in more businesses and pay other people as little as they will accept to run them. Step 5, repeat steps 3 and 4 forever. Those are the 5 steps that all the rich follow. Those are also the steps that new rich people follow. The sad part is that even those who were born poor and managed to make it, usually end up on the wrong side and try to prevent other people from even getting out of poverty, aka they support underpaying the masses who do all the labor.

What a wonderful man-a wise and caring father figure for everyone. It's nice to hear being decent can also make money. The world, and especially this country needs to hear his philosophy of being a kind and reasonable person-that is true intelligence. Caring about his employees and treating them with respect (like sentient beings) is a good reminder for corporate America bc being greedy and saving the top few while sacrificing everyone else is not right. Basic laws of Karma. I also love how he puts it right by saying people in charge are supposed to set the example of how to lead by collaborating with the group rather than just being bossy with an inflated ego that only serves to make everything stressful and low vibrational. He walks his talk and he is a refreshing example of what we need to aspire to. Thank you! 🙏🌈

What an uplifting story and person. Sometimes we get stuck in our own negative situations without putting any thought or action into being our own solution. We all face hardship, and the more I watch the guests on this show, the more I think about, and make plans for the future.

I really enjoy listening to and watching this man. I didn't want this interview to end. He has a refreshing, genuine view of business, and a kind demeanor. I especially like that he wants his products to be the highest quality. It's easy to make money. To make money because the product is good is separate. With a good attitude and integrity on top of that? Wow. Thanks for the video.

Also, low turnover = good management. A revolving door is always the biggest red flag that a company is being totally mismanaged and you should run away fast!

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

I think it's brilliant to use brokerage advisor for investing! Prior to speaking with an advisor I was actually suffering an investing nightmare during the economic crash in March 2020. In summary, with the help of my advisor, I have so far grown my initial $120k investment to over $550

Loved this man. I resonate with him so much. My saying about giving has always been “if you have something, you have enough to share.” His “im a child of the 60’s” really put the bow on how well-rounded this man is. May God bless others like him. The world would be a much better place. ❤️

I am so thankful for this, I recently decided I would follow my dreams of becoming a cosmetologist. As I was doing research on the owners and founders of the school I had picked. I came across this video and I am certain everything happens for a reason. This is the industry for me. in the process of finding out about the school, I have fallen in awe of John Paul. Ive always admired him, we are very similar. I had no idea he was one of the reasons for Paul Mitchell the school. I highly believe in sharing your overflow with others and treating others with kindness. Before I saw this video 15 times back to back I had made my decision but now the urge to go is more intense. I am proud to say I will be attending Paul Mitchell The School in my city. That was the school I was researching. EVERYTHING HE SAID IN THIS INTERVIEW resonates heavily with my heart. I was always made fun of growing up for trying to help others, specially because I didn't have much myself. I cant to be able to continue sharing my overflow and becoming a legend like this man! woo
