I remember how it felt like withdrawal from alcohol and drugs when we were apart, even if it was when he was in jail for beating me up. Eventually I found out about narcissistic abuse and a decade later, I practically have a built-in radar.

I found out about it in the 2nd year of our 5 and a half year relationship. I kept asking yourube and Quorra... why does my girl act nice one day and mean the next? Why does she love starting unnecessary arguments? I'm so good to her why does she treat me like trash? Why does she want to control everything? Why does she start fights? Why does she tell me all her problems but doesn't ever want to hear mine? Why is she all of a sudden act so distant? Is she just using me for sex? Everything pointed to Narcissistic Abuse. I began reading and one day we had a fight and I told her, "You are a Narcissist, nothings ever good enough for you, you are always in a bad mood and depressed, you have every trait of a Narcissist". Her reply was backlash saying, " No I'm not and you don't even know what a Narcissist is". She was wrong... I did so much research and reading. She even admitted to being jealous of me. I was shocked and asked why but she wouldn't say. She was also very secretive in many ways which was odd. There were so many RED FLAGS I didn't pay attention to. She broke up and got back together with me twice and then broke up by dumping me via email. She had lost control of me and I took my power back.

I have a friend who at first tried to help me escape an abusive situation and brought me into her home but now because I outed her pathological lying she now wants to drop me like a lead balloon instead of letting me stay long enough to secure my housing and save funds for some decent housing. I guess she thought she was going to manipulate me into being her new source of supply. The situation is so pathetic and sad....it really is...I am trusting God and I am counting on God's providence and protection to survive this demonic experience. I'll take all the intercessory prayers I can get. Please pray for my survival....

It is happening to me right now. He is always on the cell phone. When I walk in the room he puts it down or flips off what ever he is on. He go s off to his office and shuts the door without saying anything to me and doing it as long as I am home but if he thinks I’m leaving the house he will come out back to the bedroom and get back on his phone. He totally ignores me. Meaning when I try to talk to him he acts like he doesn’t hear me when I talk to him. I feel the hate coming from him. I know he does not love me.

The content creator is correct. We must set our boundaries and enforce them by all means to ensure our insanity and our way of life stays intact. The narcissist tried to take everything from you including your own family and enslave you for their own purpose and then leave you on the road like roadkill. Once you are aware that your partner betrays these tactics to you you must walk away for it will only get worse and you will take all of the damage and remember every time you bring back a narcissist a person that will do you harm mentally emotionally and eventually your body will start to feel the effects. Do not wait get out and stay out. Narcissist love putting chains on people emotionally and mentally for their benefit and only their benefit and when they are done with that individual they will completely cut you off unless you have something that they want. If you have something they want that will be the only time they will call you or reach out to you to butter you up and to play on your empathy your heartstrings that side of you that makes you consider of sparing life when the sentence is death. Do not let this individual play with your empathy your sense of compassion to yourself or someone else. One day at a time with a prayer but you can come back. Not all is lost my friend but you must fight mentally and with the prayer you must stand your ground and with God you are not alone and because of him he will not fail you and with him he will always keep his promise to you something a narcissist will never do.

You better hope they find a new girl or guy because they will still be focused on you all the time, coming up with ways to make your life miserable, if they don’t. With new supply in their life, they now have a new focus, and they now have to watch out for that person and deal with that person & their family, their kids, their friends, and deal with all the new people that come with a new girlfriend or boyfriend. You’re never off the narc’s hate list, but at least you move closer to the bottom, and they will leave you alone for a brief while. Take this time to increase your “castle’s” fortifications and boundaries so you’re better protected when they come at you again, which they will do from time to time-try to stay off the narc’s radar. The more time that passes with their new supply, the better for you.

Also just went through and experienced this personally in court in claims of abuse physically with bruises she caused to herself then took pictures of her bruises to use in court. By Gods Grace...her own roommate witnessed this personally and did a written affidavit of the incident. Narcs are so smart and like a snake in grass.😅

I bought the wrong flowers, I took too long looking at refrigerators online for my own damn house where she does not live, I didnt introduce her fast enough to my friend, etc etc, she’s a trainwreck and I went silent but made the mistake of reaching out. Advice, use a twelve step program after they emotionally abused and discard you to get through it.

Absolutely have someone fitting this description in my life currently and learning about her past I see a cycle literally she’s been married 3-4 times and I think she literally a couple times maybe even separated from her ex husband when she had a new younger source of supply she’s 48 I’m 34 almost 35 and I’m telling you she is a point blank covert narcissist I’m really trying to actually get on with my life already but certain aspects of it include her in some way shape or form and there’s no escaping that at this moment but she always is lingering she’s never completely gone it’s crazy watching these videos and seeing how much it relates to me and pertains to my situation the lies she’s made up the smear campaign she did on me the lack of empathy I’m always the one apologizing even when I did nothing wrong any time I try and bring up a topic she won’t like she deflects and changes subjects she’s gaslighted me constantly it seems like I don’t even know what’s reality anymore fr 😢

She has accused and beaten me down so badly that I've allowed my physical health to deteriorate. My teeth are falling out and rotting away because when I would brush my teeth she would insinuate I was going to mess around so I stopped brushing teeth and now I've started having trouble performing when she does allow sex. My narcissist met a woman on a plane and after impressing her with all of his missionary work, they exchanged contacts and made plans to do a weeklong trip together. He never mentioned one thing to me about her. Meanwhile, the week before their trip, he blew up over a simple boundary that I put down and ghosted me the whole time they were gone. When I found out, he lied and said she was not attractive and was older than him, which I found out from a friend on the missionary trip that was not true. I casually asked him who went on the trip and that was the beginning of the end of a three-year relationship. Thank God I didn’t waste any more of my life on this controlling, lying, grandiose, narcissist! The devaluing stage had just started so I got out just in time and was able to collect all of my things. Who would ever think he was hiding behind his image of a godly man who holds Bible study classes in his home every week?! That has got to be an all-time low. He is now doing damage control, making me look like I was an unreasonable, jealous woman. Apparently I missed all the red flags when he was love bombing me, and at the same time pointing out all of my flaws.
