It’s a really impressive line to walk if you think about it. Cause on the one hand he has to stay in character and that means being the villain and a hella sexist one at that. But on the other hand he has to make everyone’s day magical, especially the children’s. I’ve seen a handful of videos of this particular Gaston and every single time he perfectly balances that line, it’s really a testament to his acting skill.
