Legendary clip, what people might not know here is that both these players were extremely aggressive mechanically skilled players. ABN back in the day was known for super random non meta strats, that's what that alter time opener was about.

Lil Xar sounds like a rappers name. I love this era in WoW. This is when Rogue and Mage players had real communities around them cause you could do sick stuff like this with both classes. You could really outplay people and take on multiple dudes if you did it right. These days Xars breakout moment when he went from a steady 800-1000 viewers to 5k on average was when he started playing Hardcore and pretty much stopped Retail currently

I kind of feel like fire mages were OP back then. I recall once during either cataclysm or MoP, doing 2's with my irl friend and we got pretty high rank. One time he had died, and i had less than 10% health while both guys had 100% health, and I remember saying "no! I refuse to lose!" and killing them both. The living bomb, running Scorch spam, and instant pyroblast procs were insanely fun.

I started pvp in mop i rememeber a mage came in a carried me. I used to just play the game and queue for conquest gear.i would sit in the wall or gold shire and just dual people most peoppe wouldnt play with me. One day a mage asked to play with me and i didnt get it at the time but he carried me to 1600 rating i had a pretty bad win loss ratio. I remember he said he was in college snd he was one of the most insane mages ive ever seen at the time i thought he was just a random guy but the more i think about it. It could have been a streamer i was a night elf warrior named Darkhaun on Malygos who used nightfall as my xmog i miss you mage.
