Good content Victor. Can you also please make a full video on your warm up as you have mentioned in some of your videos that you do 30-40 minutes of it.
@ViktorKamenov6 ай бұрын
Proably the full warm-up will be too long. But in the coming vlogs you will see the most important things I do. Stsy tuned

I hope you can answwer mi question😊 I started calisthenics like one year ago and I am 14 I started doing many basics and now im resting because of an injurie on my shoulder . My dream is mainly planche but also front lever, I recently have andvanced tuck front lever and only tuck planche.But my real question is that I wanna focus on a very hard planche training y desingned in which front lever isnt included.So is front lever achieved if i master the full planche or do i have to train also hard for it?? I say that becsuse i observed levels in front lever and planche are proportional.for example people that have straddle planche they have front lever. In my case i have tuck planche and adv tuck front lever (like if were proportionaly) Sorry for de bodering.your skills are amazing and i also love statics to thanks for everithing😊and i hope you can answer because it is important for me
@ViktorKamenov6 ай бұрын
@@JuanSierra-q9b in case you want hight level front lever game you definitely need to focus on the front. Would say 60% planche /40% front lever is a good balance
@JuanSierra-q9b6 ай бұрын
thanks very much but if i didnt do front and only do planche will i achieve front lever(bad form) any ways???

Hey viktor 👋🏻 can you please make a video on weightlifting and calisthenic ? I think if u make a video on this it would help most of the athletes today because a lot of beginners and intermediate athletes like myself are confused on hearing all the peoples opinions on this topic but if a master like you make a video on weightlifting and calisthenics we wouldn't have to listen to all others and make our journey much harder. I really hope you take this into consideration ❤❤❤ TOPICS ( Is weightlifting must to become a beast in calisthenics ?, is weightlifting must to have a good physique like yours ?, should you combine calisthenics and weightlifting ? If so how do you organize weightlifting and calisthenics ?, how many days should you work out per week for skills like planche and frontlever without getting injured ?, should you train legs if your goal is to become someone like Viktor Kamenov if so how do you train legs and how many times per week etc.)

why is it cringe to do backlever scissors? is is easy to injure yourself that way? or ?
@ViktorKamenov8 ай бұрын
It just makes no sense to do it. When it's about statics all that metter is the hold and the quality of the form.
