Hello from Oregon. I have listened to most of these testimonials and the ones about warts gave me hope and I was excited to get started. I have been milling my organic wheat for nearly 5 months now and avoiding any processed wheat. I was disappointed that the seed warts that often pleg the tops of my fingers are still there. The good thing is no more bowel problems. I was hoping it would help get rid of those pesky seed warts. But not even vitamin e has helped so there you go.

What grain are you milling? Have you tried Hard Red Wheat? You may find this grain more helpful with the warts. Also, how much are you eating every day? It needs to be incorporated in most every meal and as much as possible. Hope this helps! Thanks for commenting.

Thank you so much. This encourages me to make some baked goods for some of my adult children who don’t know they need it, but mom does. 😉

Hey I enjoyed this episode so much. I have been milling my own wheat, will be 2 years in April. I have seen such benefits and know we are healthier for it. I am adding this comment because I too am in North East Florida. Would love to be able to connect with other millers in the area. I feel it would be nice to have connections in the area. Not sure if this can be forwarded to to this guest . Again thank you for the awesome and educational information you continue to give us . ❤🙏🏻

I use a coffee grinder I got at a yard sale for $1 it works great…one cup at a time but most recipes only call for a couple cups anyways

I've listened to all Sue's podcast episodes. And I was amazed at what I heard. I've been milling my own flour since Aug. 2022, and I wont give up. But I feel like we don't really see a difference other then that we are not bloated. My daughter and son still have warts, I just did blood work and I have high blood sugar. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. We eat organic, healthy, avoid seed oils and sugar. Just use natural sweeteners like honey and maple, coconut sugar, date sugar. I'm not really sure if I believe any of these stories😒

Only 5 months for me. Didn't make my little seed warts go away either. Just note that even though good natural sweeteners like honey, maple, etc, are the healthier choice, it's still contains glucose and similar levels as regular table sugar. The only difference is you get some trace minerals from raw sugars. But the glucose amount is still the same so you really cannot consume it if you have blood sugar issues. Eat a little less breads and carbs as well. My husband deals with high blood sugar also. BTW, Lions Mane mushroom will help balance your blood sugar and Moringa supplements as well. Allulose, or monk fruit is a healthy sugar alternative and it's natural. PS, retired Holistic Health practitioner here. 😉

How much bread are your kids eating everyday? It needs to be incorporated into most every meal and not only eaten sporadically.

But, If the doctor couldn't help you with the constipation or the autism with the 21 yr or the one year old why would you go back to him for more advice? why would you want to pay good money for bad advice?
