110 Short Nose Pegged Differential Strength Upgrade

Land Rover "Short Nose" Differentials.....
We've been chewing on this upgrade idea for making 110 / P38 / Short Nose Differentials much stronger and sorting out one of the major failure points for these differentials.
As with many of the weird and whacky ideas that bounce around in our warped little brains, now and again we get a good one, and then after months of prototyping - we have a new product
I am often pleased with some of the results, but with this one I am super chuffed with the way its turned out
We have our first batch post prototyping, and these can be fitted to either standard Sort Nose builds, or as a further upgrade to our Pegged short nose casings, or retro fitted to any rebuilds etc
and its made a bit of space in me head too 😂..........

That is a very sexy build. Shame it is all hidden once installed. By looking at how heavy duty it is, it is likely to remain hidden for a very long time. Nice work.
