The thing is, most of the time his team can't deal with the abomination he fed long enough for him to get full build and take over. He might get insanely ahead of everyone, but in the meanwhile his toplane opponent is also getting ahead of the enemy, hence the pinging and calling him a troll because they can't fight a snowball champion that is getting out of hand and easily fighting his team 1v3 like this Warwick for example. Most of the "drawing pressure" and "Good fights" he's doing is the enemy not realising that they could just go 4v5 his team with their own mega fed toplaner, go down mid and end whilst Baus is still proxying an empty lane or taking two turrets at most.

Rammus top is such a fun pick in low elo. Most people fail to 1v1 you early and at some point you can just proxy and completely overtake the game, especially if the enemy top doesn't stomp you early. Even when you're 0/4/0 you simply win once you have Thornmail and Evenshroud
