All these nice apartments are being built or renovated on the Grand Concourse into nice apartments but the area outside though? ...helllll nnnaaaahhhhh Get mugged right outside your nice building. I lived in NYC in the bad old days of the 70s and my present city is nicknamed Fayettenam because of the violence so I kind of doubt much could phase me, That area is going to change because people are looking for lower rent in NYC and a chance to maybe own their own place. People who buy now in that area will be making a good investment. This area is going to be the next SoHo or Williamsburg Brooklyn and the prices are going to go up. I like that the apartments are not the size of a shoe box and have some character instead of just being a white box. I do feel kind of bad for the people who are fixing to get priced right of that area though. That is going to happen soon. But with the higher prices and gentrification the area will become a lot safer because city officials will be under pressure from developers to clean up the streets.

whoever "staged" this apartment is trying to make us believe that you need that large dining room table is nuts. The smaller round table in the kitchen would most likely be in the "dining hall" Also do not like that the washer/drier is in the kitchen and in that particular spot.
